Regarding the cancellation policy and business hours for the day due to the approach of Typhoon No. 13

Typhoon No. 13 is forecast to approach the main island of Okinawa with strong intensity and an accompanying storm zone on the morning of Friday, August 7. If you are unable to pick up your rental car due to flight cancellations, the cancellation fee will be waived.

Additionally, should strong winds and rain associated with the storm zone cause the suspension of public transportation (buses and the monorail) on the main island of Okinawa, we will close our operations for the day. Please note that vehicle pick-ups and returns will not be possible during this time. For customers scheduled to return their vehicles, the rental period will be extended at no extra cost.

We will resume operations once the storm zone has passed and public transportation services restart; please arrange for pick-up or return at that time. We appreciate your understanding.
